H.E.C.A. is registered as a Proprietary Organization under MSME (Ministry of Micro, small and Medium Enterprises, Govt of India ) with effect from 02 April 2015. And have the registered Trade Mark 'H.E.C.A.'(Higher Education's Consultants An Academy).
H.E.C.A. Education is an accredited centre of Bharath Sevak Samaj Vocational Education (Authorisation No. KLM/6674), a Central Govt. Agency and provides various Professional Diploma courses.

Panekkat Ramesh Nair

Founder of H.E.C.A., Industry Expert, Content Editor, Entrepreneurial Consultant, Corporate and Institutional Trainer in Brand development & Operations, with immense Experience in prestigious Industries and Government Service.

Panekkat Ramesh Nair is a professional with multi-dimensional thoughts and has used his expertise in pioneering ideas to create successful endeavors. After his stint with Indian Air Force he started his corporate career with T.I.M.E Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Development Manager. He further joined Focus Edu Care Pvt.Ltd. as Centre head ensuring successful launch and training of various vocational and professional courses including Entrance coaching, CAT coaching, MBA, PGDBM across Kerala. He also proved his skills as Centre Head for Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training in Kochi when Aviation industry was running with a dull face. He successfully launched international Safety courses as Director for HSEI pvt.ltd. by start 2011. He took up his Entrepreneurial drive by launching Higher Education's Consultants in May 2013. This was started with a vision to take up training contracts. It was with a team comprising of more than 50 external tutors, he successfully provided training in Banking, Logistics, Aviation, Corporate skills and Language skills to more than 2000 students through various skill development programs across Kerala. These operations were accomplished as a training delivery partner for various Govt and private Institutions.

Under his able guidance, H.E.C.A. began its operations from 02 April 2015(Registered under MSME) and took up accreditation of BSSVE and introduced institutional training at Kochi leading to best student placement records. Launched H.E.C.A.Public Relations and H.E.C.A. HR Consultants. H.E.C.A. now provides professional training in HR Management, Logistics & supply chain management, Mass Communication and Journalism, Training in Public Relations, Aviation Management, Entrepreneurship and Corporate skills.

On his academic excellence, he has completed his MSc in Psychology from Annamalai University, MA in Personnel Management from Osmania University and Diploma in Labour Law and Administrative law from Annamalai University.


Apart from his top notch man management skills he is a Professional Content Editor, Entrepreneurial Consultant, Corporate and Institutional Trainer for various professional programs

On his achievement with corporate training, he has successfully trained more than 100 staff including junior and senior nurses on behaviour skills at Srichitra Tirunal hospital, Trivandrum.
FOR AHALIA HEALTH FOUNDATION - H.E.C.A. represented by Mr. Panekkat Ramesh Nair took up Sales training, Leadership and customer relationship management training for the sales team of Ahalia Health Foundation. The sales team comprising of 35 members from various districts of Kerala participated at Emerald Hotel, Kochi on 16 September 2018(sunday).
